Client acknowledges doula care is non-medical and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days’ notice. Used services are non-refundable.

Birth & Postpartum Doula Agreement

This agreement outlines the expectations, boundaries, and services provided by SpringForth Doula

Care. All support is non-medical and culturally informed, with texting and email available anytime,

phone support on weekdays as needed, and text-only communication on weekends.

Communication Boundaries

• Weekdays: Phone calls only when needed; text if no response

• Weekends: Text only

On-Call Period

Begins at 38 weeks within doula’s available hours due to weekend work commitments.

What the Doula Does NOT Do

No medical tasks, diagnosis, clinical advice, driving, or emergency services.

Fees & Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Traditional meals priced separately. If doula misses birth due to her ownerror, 50% of the birth fee is refunded.

Backup Doula

A qualified backup doula may attend in case of scheduling conflict, emergency, or weekend labor.
